Deputy Chief/ Past Chief  Richard A. Marshall

Rick was a founding member of PSAR in 1997 coming together with other folks in the SAR community to form a brand new team.   Rick was always thinking of others before himself.  He helped the team accomplish many first steps to allow the team to flourish as it has in the past 15 years.  He will be remembered by all who worked with him.

K9 Brusso–  Brusso was a 6 year old German Shepherd dog used for tracking/ trailing.  Brusso’s last tour of duty was 9-11-2009.  Brusso had 3 years of SAR work under his collar and participated on several searches and hundreds of hours of training.

K9 Chase– Chase was a 1 year old yellow lab who was in training for Airscent work.  Chase had dozens of hours of training and was on pace to be field certified in the fall of 2011.
